Our qualifications require two years of Tractor Trailer experience (and one of those years needs to be over-the-road experience). Exceptions can be made for exceptional drivers. Talk to a recruiter today.
Getting our drivers home when they need to is one of our priorities. Drivers based in El Paso and McAllen can get home every week, if a driver is not from Texas, our goal changes from every week to every two weeks. Exceptions can be made depending on where the driver lives and if we have a customer or yard close by.
Every week direct deposit. As an Owner, we pay 1099. As a company driver, we pay W2. We’re in the process of getting our drivers paid after every load.
2000 or newer. We have to be able to install our in-cab technology.

We offer our drivers different options depending on what they’re looking for. A good average is
2800(+) per week. We have some driver that get over 3,000 miles a week and others that like getting
2500 and home more. We work with every driver to find the happy middle that works for them.
